Refund policy
Returns for Physical items
Our policy lasts 30 days and we will happily exchange something if its not quite right, or you need a different size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned.
Event Sales
If you have purchased a ticket to an event and can't attend, you can simply transfer your ticket to someone else, simply let us know their name. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.
If you cannot attend a Masterclass, and you have given us more than 2 weeks notice, we can try and on-sell your spot on your behalf. If successful, we can simply transfer you spot to another more suitable date.
Gifts Cards
Gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hains & Co, 23 Gilbert Place, 23 Gilbert Place, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
