The mighty crew at Hains & Co. are on the lookout for new shipmates to join the ranks.

You’ll need the confidence to take the helm when required, the humility to keep learning, and a genuine love of hospitality. You’re bloody serious about great service — but never about yourself. A fondness for gin and rum, with a healthy respect (and curiosity) for whisky, will serve you well.

We welcome experienced sailors alike. Whether you’re a seasoned hand looking to sharpen your craft, or someone not yet well-versed in sailing a vessel of this calibre — if you’ve got the hunger to learn, we’ll teach you the ropes. Expect to scrub decks, climb rigging, and grow into the craft of world-class bartending.

This ship is for committed sea dogs who want to lift spirits, raise standards, and build themselves into something special.
