Now, for the first time, Gin Palace will make its maiden voyage across the Victorian border and dock at Hains & Co for one night only, as part of Bartender's Weekender.
Joining the Hains crew behind the bar will be Gin Palace bartenders Jack and Jacob, bringing with them oversized martinis, cult cocktails, the much talked-about chicken sandwich, and a few secrets they're probably not supposed to share.
Whether you're a long-time 'Gin Palace' devotee, a cocktail enthusiast, or simply curious to see what happens when two of Australia's great gin bars collide, this is one voyage you'll want to be aboard for.
