TACOS & TEQUILA with Trombo Tequila

Hola Gringos & Gringas,

With the wind at our backs, we’re setting sail to Mexico with the good folks from Tromba Tequila!

From the highest point of Los Altos, Tromba is the epitome of great highland tequila. It is made exclusively from hand-selected blue agave and is lovingly crafted in small batches by Master Distiller Marco Cedano, who was specifically sought out by Tromba from his previous tenor of 25 years at Don Julio.

The tequila will be flowing as you’ll join the Hains crew on a voyage to discover how the rich traditions of tequila making are combined with modern technology to create a silky, sweet, yet earthy and refreshing tequila that is wonderfully pure and spicy.

To ensure no sailor goes hungry, the Hains kitchen is cooking up 3 specialty tacos on the night that will accompany the exceptional Tromba tequilas.

• Paloma Cocktail
